What a great day on Saturday, I had a ton of fun watching you guys learn some more about downhill then go and do some jumps.
We are welcoming back the snow with a huge week ahead of us, with our FIS snow days.
This is a day when Team Hardwood and Hardwood programs can get together and have a fun day. We would really like you to come out for the whole day and wear your team hardwood jackets and give Heather Wilson a hand making the FIS snow day a fun event.
The sessions will run from 10am - 12pm and 1pm - 3pm, Oleg will be there to do a bit of technique work and Erin and Heather will be there too playing games and having fun.
We are also offering an extra sessions this week if you can make it up to Hardwood on Wednesday
Wednesday 5-7 Hardwood - Heather Wilson will lead a session for junior and Mini athletes who are interested in doing a bit of mid week skiing
Saturday 9-3 - FIS snow day - Heather Wilson, Oleg, Bougai, Erin Tribe, Katja Zbogar and as many Provincial, National and Junior athletes as possible will participate in a group activity with the racing rabbit program to introduce them to team hardwood. There will be fun in the terrain park, a game and maybe a fun relay. Please come out and help make this a huge success, the future Lenny Valjas could be the one that you help to enjoy skiing.
